One of 200 copies. The last book published by The Gorges Society (one of only five publications), combining a biography of one of the earliest Maine colonists with his original 1628 memoirs. These include firsthand accounts of Native Americans, the countryside, and detailed descriptions of how Levett prospered. Not in Howes. Second work included is reprint of the 1628 original - with a facsimile of the title page - Sabin 40751, which he describes as 'A tract of the greatest rarity.'
